Welcome to Franklin Elementary School. We are an elementary school in Bakersfield, California. Bakersfield is a small city in the southern end of California's central valley. Our summers are hot and dry with temperatures in the 90's while our winters are wet and mild with temperatures in the 50's.

Our mission is to provide a firm foundation upon which students can grow academically, socially, and personally to become productive members of today's diverse and increasingly technological society. With parents and community support, we strive to nurture, challenge, and encourage all students to achieve their maximum potential.
