Our reading theme is Animal Habitats. We are learning about irregular verbs, prefixes and suffixes.
MATH
The math series we use is Houghton Mifflin
In math we are learning about multiplication. At this point in the year, your child should know how to multiply with 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10. Please help them practice their multiplication facts. They have been given a set of multiplication fact cards to take home for practice.
CLASSROOM E-PALS
We also have a new "classmate" named Chad Sniffles. He is visiting us from Hereford, England. Each night a different student takes Chad home and writes about his day in a journal. When your child brings home Chad, read through the adventures he has had and help your child write in the journal.
