Our school science fair is over for the year. Our next one will probably be in January of 2009. Watch this page for the new dates. However it is never too early to plan for next year's science fair project. In fact some of the best projects are ones that you work on all year. If you have any questions see Mr. Fromm or Mr. Albrecht.Important Information
- Kern County Science Fair Rules and Entry Forms - These are the official rules from Kern County.
- Project and Display Rules - Very important, read carefully so you won't be disqualified.

- Judge's Questions - These are questions a judge may ask you. Be prepared with the answer.

- Download an identification form - You must have this attached to you project. You can print this out.
- Display Sample - This is an example of a good display.
- Judge's scoring sheet for the primary grades - This is the sheet the judge will be using for grades K-3.

2:15 - 3:15 P.M. Students in grades 5-6 bring projects to the cafeteria when your room number is called.

9:15 - 11:15 A.M. Judging 5-6 Only students and their projects are allowed in the cafeteria. A runner will come to your classroom when the judges are ready for you. Do not come until you are called. Please bring a book to read or some homework to do while waiting for the judges.
11:15 - 11:30 A.M. Students take their projects back to the classrooms. They will be called around 2:15 - 3:00 P.M. to bring them back to the cafeteria.
11:15 - 11:55 A.M. Lunch - Grades 1 and 2
11:50 - 12:30 P.M. Lunch - Grades 3 and 4
12:25 - 1:05 P.M. Lunch - Grades 5 and 6
1:15 - 3:00 P.M. Judging K-4 Only students and their projects are allowed in the cafeteria. A runner will come to your classroom when the judges are ready for you. Do not come until you are called. Please bring a book to read or some homework to do while waiting for the judges.
4:15 - 4:45 P.M. Public Viewing - Parents can come back to view projects.
5:00 P.M. Awards Assembly Parents, students and guests are welcome to attend this special assembly honoring our student scientists.
